Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving the returned package, although we usually process returns more quickly. Refunds may take longer to complete depending on how long your bank takes to process the refund. PayPal refunds to your PayPal balance are usually instant once submitted.
Please note that upgraded delivery costs for faster deliveries will not be refunded once the delivery has been used. Only the basic delivery cost will be refunded.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Deliveries
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Please allow a further 3-5 days for delivery.
Deliveries to UK mainland - excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly:
All orders within the UK mainland qualify for FREE Delivery as a 3-5 day delivery service. Royal Mail 2nd Class will normally be used for orders weighing under 750g.
A faster delivery option will usually also be available that will be calculated at the checkout, based on the weight of the items in the order and where they should be delivered to.
Delivery may be provided via any of the following delivery services as appropriate: Royal Mail, Evri, or Parcelforce.
Crimson Starfish Limited reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate
Deliveries to other UK locations - Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly:
All orders for items weighing up to 2KG qualify for FREE Delivery, and will usually be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class where postage rates are the same throughout the UK.
Due to additional courier charges to these areas, and because Royal Mail deliveries weighing over 2KG are much more expensive than couriers, Free Delivery is not available for orders weighing over 2KG to be sent to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly.
Courier surcharges for delivering to these areas will be shown at checkout. Please note these courier surcharges will still be cheaper than the universal Royal Mail 2nd Class rates for orders weighing over 2KG.
